I appreciate this laundromat so much. It's always clean and the machines are always in working order. I love being able to use a credit card for both the washing machine and dryer- beats robbing the piggy banks for quarters. I don't mind doing laundry with the recent upgrades that just make it a nicer environment.

The owners are so kind and accommodating. I needed laundry done last minute before a work trip. They helped me out, didn’t judge me as sometimes getting behind can be embarrassing. I just can’t say enough wonderful things about this place, how clean they keep it and the customer service is great. Thank you

Awesome laundrymat...very well organized and clean. The variety of machines are excellent. Also WIFI and television available. Allows you to use your bank card on each machine if necessary. The owner is very conscientious and friendly. I recommend this laundrymat highly!

Fabulous experience here last week. My son and daughter-in-law had a baby and were in the hospital for a few days. When they returned home with a new born and their two year old their busy schedule became busier. I thought it would be nice to do their laundry but was heading out of town the next day. I called Family Pride and set up a time to drop off laundry. It was washed, folded and ready for pick up the next morning. Great service that was timely, greatly appreciated and a big help for all. Owners are kind, considerate and very accommodating.

This is the best place to wash! It's very clean and very inviting environment. Although I have not used the drop off laundry service, I have been there many of times when the employee is doing the service and they take care of the clothes well as far as separating the clothes, washing them, drying and folding. I would definitely trust there service but i happen to like to sit and read while i wash.

I love this place! All the machines are brand new and state of the art. It’s very clean and welcoming. Deliver what offers. Everything that you need is there, and you don't even need to ask something because it's all well explained. Good atmosphere. The owners and the staff are all extremely nice! Highly recommend it!!!

Love this laundromat, I honestly think this is the best laundromat in Roselle, IL. This is the only laundromat that always has a friendly attendant, free wifi, consistent cleanliness, and the washers and dryers are ALL BRAND NEW!!

Best place in the world! Wouldn't trust anyone but tony and his wife to do it! So glad I found them. Three years ago. And I still go to them to this day.

Great services and so clean! Renovated machines are great, love the option to use coins or my credit card if I don't have cash on me.

This is my preferred laundromat to go to in the Schaumburg-Roselle area. I previously went to Kingsport, but they only have two really really big washers and one is constantly broken. The owner and his family are really nice and helpful and they're usually on-site on the weekends (I've never gone during the week.)

Pros:
- They now have credit card mechanisms to pay for washers
- They have at least 5 really really big washers
- Clean bathroom
- Clean machines and floors
- Their washers often have three different settings for how many washes and rinses, all at three different prices.
- They have a nice tv that you can turn off or turn down the volume if you like.

Cons:
- There are no chairs where you can sit at a table and work while you wait. There are plenty of tables to fold laundry and plenty of chairs, but they're all linked-together. This is the only reason why I docked it a star.
- They've recently raised their prices, but not too much, and it's understandable with all of the improvements they've made.

Love this place. The owners are amazing and super nice. The place is kept very clean. Not always packed so you will always find an available washer and dryer. They also have a drop off service...free wifi and tv on the premises.

I can't tell you how much I love this service! There is a nice TV to watch and plenty of space & machines to get your laundry clean & folded! The owner (Tony) goes above and beyond when it comes to service and he really takes pride in this place...I use the drop off service on a regular basis!

As a kid growing up in Chicago, I spent a lot of time in laundromats. Occasionally, an apartment we lived in had laundry facilities in the building, but not often. When I was a teenager, laundry became one of my weekly chores, so I'd haul the family laundry to the laundromat and plop down with some homework while our clothes got clean.

This laundromat is small and no-frills, but everything seems well-maintained and clean. That's a big plus. There's a drink machine, a soap dispenser, and a change machine as soon as you open the door. None of the machines seemed to have out-of-order signs, and the whole place was nice and clean and well-lit. There's free wi-fi (check the signs for login information), and there are a couple of TVs in the laundromat as well.

This laundromat also offers drop-off service and laundry lockers. There's a wash sink that's easily accessible as well.

I only used a couple of dryers on my visit, since our dryer at home broke suddenly and left us with a few loads of very wet laundry that needed to be dried. But I can say that I'd definitely come back if I needed a laundromat. I've definitely been in some scuzzy laundromats before -- and this is the complete opposite. Nice place, laundromat owners.

I just moved to the area and haven't had the time/money to go shopping for a new washer or dryer. This place was super clean, none of the machines appeared to be out of order, free wifi, flat screen TV with cable and a Dunkin Donuts or Dairy Queen just a few doors down to help pass the time. The washers start at $3.50 which I felt was a little pricey, but they were very fast and got my clothes super clean. I will definitely be coming back here until I get my own machines. The drop off service looks very easy and convenient too.

Highly would recommend this business!! I was looking for a 24hour one and came across this on yelp and called the number . The owner answered I explained to him I might not be done at 11pm when they closed and asked it that was okay to be here after hours or do they kick people out right at 11, and he assured me that it was fine and that I would be safe after hours as well as telling me that it was closely monitored by video cameras. He also explained to me what lights would turn off and where I could fold my laundry. He was very nice. I will defiantly be recommending this business as well as coming back!
